We’re Hiring – Join Our Production Team in South London
 

Full-time roles only. No part-time or remote work.

We are strengthening our in-house production team and are hiring for three key roles. All positions are based at our South London studio and require energy, speed, and a strong work ethic. A willingness to work overtime when needed is essential.

We are only looking for hands-on, capable people with the right attitude. If you're not serious about high standards and hard work, please do not apply.
 

1. Floor Manager

We’re looking for a practical, hands-on organiser with solid experience across design, pattern cutting, machining, and embellishment. You don’t need to be a specialist in all areas, but must understand the full production process.

This is a people-focused role: you must be able to manage workload, prioritise jobs, and shift resources to meet deadlines. Think chess player, not clipboard. No email managers – we want someone on the floor making things happen.
 

2. Pattern Cutter

Experienced pattern cutter required – ideally with a background in stretch fabrics. You must be fast, accurate, and calm under pressure. Knowledge of garment construction and production flow is a big plus.
 

3. Dressmaker / Tailor

Skilled machinist wanted – someone confident at the sewing machine and able to deliver top-quality work. Experience in stretch fabrics is a strong advantage, as we urgently need dressmakers for immediate production. Experience matters, but above all we want dedication and a willingness to learn and grow.

 

All roles are full-time, studio-based, and require some production experience, but attitude and potential are key.
