With all shades now presented together the new georgette and luxury georgette sample card is the perfect addition to build up your collection of swatches to create an invaluable dress design resource. A sample of each colour option of these two essential dance fabrics is displayed in neat columns for easy shade comparison.

Georgette is one of the most commonly used polyester fabrics in the dance world. In particular it is favoured for Ballroom skirts and floats which has lead it to epitomise the Ballroom look. Georgette is wonderfully versatile and can create a wide range of looks particularly as it is suitable for pleating. It’s soft and lightweight nature highlights and perfectly embraces the swing and flowing movements that characterise Ballroom dancing.

In order to be able to bring you brighter and more intense colour, including fluorescent shades like Scarlet, Flame red and Turquoise, we brought you Luxury Georgette. Luxury Georgette, or more technically known as ‘Cationic Georgette’ is slightly heavier allowing for superior quality and enables the fabric to give intense vibrant colour. Like our georgette, luxury georgette is commonly used for skirts and floats and is perfect for pleating.

Combining the two forms of georgette on one sample card allows you to at a glance experience the full colour range of these beautiful dance fabrics.
